and run our own holiday apartments - Chalet
Alpenrosa. We have
contacts with all the local tourist operators and we are offering
the service we wish someone else had offered when we first started
coming out here on holiday.
 And it's free for you. We
receive a small commission from those services you book through us -
and while it is possible we might try and sell you stuff you don't
need - we just don't. We're not like that, as you will
discover when you get in touch.
We can save you money:
For
example, many people pre-book ski lift passes but spend the first
few days on the nursery slopes and never go near a ski lift.
By getting to know you before you
arrive, we can book only what you need.
The following is complimentary, free and provided exclusively to
guests booking through Austrian Holiday.
- Opportunity during transfers to answer any questions you may have, provide you with an update of snow conditions, of forthcoming events and activities. We will offer you some ideas and tips on how to make the most of your time in the
resort.
- Drop you off at your chosen accommodation and introduce you to your hosts and ensure you are comfortable.
 Introduce you to your Ski School (if required). Organise fitting of Ski/Snowboards and Boots etc. and provide you with your Ski Passes.- Arranged “get-together” for a welcome drink before dinner: an opportunity to meet the team, make new friends and meet a few of the prominent locals.
- On the first morning, our team will be there to help, guide and introduce you to your Ski/Snowboard instructors (if required). Alternatively those wishing to discover the Ski Area with one of our team, that offer a day’s free Ski Guiding, an opportunity to ski the variety of
pistes, familiarise yourselves with the lifts, seek out the mountain restaurants, the fun parks, get to know some of the local people and sample the choice of
Après Ski.
- Remember our team are only a telephone call away and on
hand to answer any questions or deal with anything you need organising immediately.
- An evening of interest and an opportunity to meet some of the local and experienced Mountain Leaders, Mountaineers, Ski Instructors and Wild Life Specialists etc. This will be an interesting taster evening, for adults and children, held in one of the local hotels. The event will consist of a short visual presentation along with a brief Talk/Explanation and a chance find out from experienced local people about life in the mountains, their stories, wildlife and some more understanding of life in this Alpine Region, the beauty, the wonders and the dangers.
